Horizon Worlds Hangs on "Entering Horizon.."

Hi.

I am a new User and, for the past week, have been trying to set-up my headset, which is a Christmas present, before the big day as know I will not have the time then. All is fine, except for Horizon Worlds, which freezes on "Entering Horizon.." I have seen that quite a few other people have experienced this problem, and tried all suggested solutions - reinstall app, reboot router, delete all open Facebook logins etc - to no avail. I logged a problem/ request for help through the Meta Help facility, which seems to have disappeared into a black hole... No help reference, or response of any kind.

Any other help or suggestions will be very much appreciated. 😀

Update - 21st December. Tried opening Horizon Worlds again, and there was an updated version (87.3.0.1.0) which I installed. Made no difference - still hangs in the same place. I also tried synchronising my accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Horizon) which also made no difference.

Update 2 - 22nd December. I added an account for my wife to the headset, and had no difficulty entering Horizon Worlds in her account. The problem seems to be with how an individual's accounts are configured; Meta should be able to advise! 

Update 3 - 27th December. Removed Facebook & Instagram from my Meta account. Still cannot enter Horizon Worlds. 😡

Update 4 - 30th December. I saw a post from IsaacYnx that was replied to by MetaQuestSupport (funny how some appeals for help receive quick replies and others are totally ignored). As a result, I relinked my Facebook account, then did a Factory Reset of my headset, set it up again and reinstalled Horizon Worlds, along with everything else... and finally it's working. 

I am super unimpressed with Meta. I had also logged a fault through the headset help facility, which also got no reply.
