Hi,
I am new to meta quest. I have just bought a meta quest 2 and need to install the meta horizon app on my phone to get started. I get an error message that says my device is not compatible. Can anyone tell what I can do about this?
If it still refuses to work, perhaps you could download an older copy of the app which may be more compatible with your phone, and update that to the latest version.

Do you know what year your model of J3 is? from what I can see there are some models that are below Android 8.0 which is the minimum required version for the Meta Horizon app 📱
Can you double check in your phone settings the Android version you're on? 🙂
