I can’t click on any worlds in the horizon menu or join any friends in their games. I can only access horizon central and there I can get into any games that you can walk into with out clicking on it to enter. I have clicked the YX and the AB buttons to report but what else can I do as it says they won’t report back to me!
Hi, @cherry1012! Thanks for your patience navigating the Horizon menu. We understand how important it is to navigate past the main menu to engage with friends. To confirm, you have or have not been able to report the bug? For success, press the A&B buttons on the right controller and the X&Y buttons on the left controller simultaneously. Pressing all four buttons will start the process of the bug collection. Subsequently, you'll hear from support ASAP.
