When I try to launch the Workrooms app, it suddenly show me an error message, telling that I don't have internet connection. The odd thing is that I do, I can browse, watch videos and everything else...

If that did not work, we would like for you to use RouteThisHelps, an app for your iOS or Android phone or even tablet to help diagnose your Wi-Fi issue. Please attempt the following:
The scan takes about two minutes. Keep the app open while the scan is running. Once the scan has finished, you will see a screen displaying your Wi-Fi speed result. Tap Improve Device Performance and follow the instructions in the app. After that has been completed, we ask that you try launching Horizons workrooms again and see if you still get that same error message about having no internet connection.
