I have just downloaded the app horizon workrooms on my meta quest 2 (that are updated) and every time i enter to the app I can see the virtual desk but the screen inside the app remains loading and then suddenly it appears this message:
"An unexpected error occurred
Please use the Oculus button to quit Workrooms and relaunch the app."
I have searched a lot and i just found threads that are too old and doesnt have a solution for me
I would appreciate the help, thanks

Is this the only app being affected by an unexpected error? If you haven't already, please try to uninstall and then re-install the app on your device. Hi! I am having the same issue. Yesterday it worked, today it does not. I have tried reinstalling the app multiple times and restarting headset but unfortunately that has not helped.
I have Meta Quest 3.

I fixed the issue by changing my avatar. For some reason it made the app crash...

Hello, Yes i already uninstall and re-intall the app, and it is the only one affected
