Horizon workrooms not working

I have just downloaded the app horizon workrooms on my meta quest 2 (that are updated) and every time i enter to the app I can see the virtual desk but the screen inside the app remains loading and then suddenly it appears this message:  

"An unexpected error occurred

Please use the Oculus button to quit Workrooms and relaunch the app."

I have searched a lot and i just found threads that are too old and doesnt have a solution for me

I would appreciate the help, thanks

Hello @munoz.manuela, thank you very much for reaching out. We understand you are experiencing an error with the Horizons Workrooms app on your headset. Is this the only app being affected by an unexpected error? If you haven't already, please try to uninstall and then re-install the app on your device. Hi! I am having the same issue. Yesterday it worked, today it does not. I have tried reinstalling the app multiple times and restarting headset but unfortunately that has not helped.

I have Meta Quest 3.

I fixed the issue by changing my avatar. For some reason it made the app crash...

Hello, Yes i already uninstall and re-intall the app, and it is the only one affected

i havent even created the avatar, the app always crashes before that 😐
