Hello I am experiencing some frustrating issues with horizon worlds on the oculus quest 2
I am making a new map and the green trigger keeps disappearing so I decided to turn the vr device off
I have put this device back on to try and fix the map and I am still experiencing some problems with the green trigger disappearing when I try and preview the level and also something keeps deleting the script as I am making it right in front of my eyes this is very frustrating something is preventing me from creating this level I have made 79 levels previously could this be a virus ?
You are not the only one. Me and another have both been trying to get some scripts in using VR for days now and have the same issue. The Script Editor disappears right in the middle of creating a very simple scrip. Meta has updated to a new way of managing scripts (since 2/20 I think) and I believe that is likely causing some issues.
O also cannot currently run the Desktop editor to try to create the scripts that way...so I'm kinda stuck right now!!
I cannot finish the map I'm making because something is deleting the script while I am trying to make it I am unsure if this is anything to do with meta updating the script management but I have never seen such malicious activity before
Scripts still seem to be being deleted(I checked a day ago) I cannot make any new worlds I heard that the scripts could still be stored in the library menu though I'm unsure how these scripts would be attached in the level how could I attach these scripts to an object in the world I may be making?
I have also been experiencing this issue. I try to create a script then the alignment on the keyboard skews then the script vanishes.
I have reported the bug but heard nothing yet. I have also had issues creating props like blasters, the anchor placements duplicate and then do not allow you to grab the object.
This is so frustrating as I have just got back into creating.
