HI. So, last weekend I was playing Horizon Worlds no problem.
I went to work, came back home , and when I tried to load HW again, it tells me "horizon Worlds is not available to everyone"
Strange I thought, as I have been playing it since I got the headset. (Meta Quest 3).
I tried to uninstall, to reinstall it, but now it was no longer available in the store. Just the "Demo" version, which again gave me the same message when I tried to run it, or sometimes it did load, but would not let me travel to any worlds.
My account is in good standing, no complaints against me. Contacted support and tried everything they suggested.. Factory reset, delete and reinstall mobile app. disconnect and reconnect face book.
After a while they told me that "experts" would look into it, and my ticket would now be dealt with via e-mail, which according to the support, I would receive in 24/48 hours. It's now a week and a half, still no email, still no closer to joining my friends in Horizon.
Has anyone else experienced this? it is as though they have my location as somewhere unsupported. I am in the UK.
