My headset recently started showing horizontal lines that appear from left to right of whatever is on screen. I haven't dropped the headset or damaged it in anyway. Anyone know what could be the issue? Moreover I don't live in the US but when I go to support it auto defaults to US and I don't know how to change it.

mine is having the same problem. I never dropped mine or anything like that either in the meta helps support is not helping at all
