Hi, I wonder if you can help. I understand from reading past forum questions that there is not any real support between the Quest and Apple computers, however I wondered if there is any way known to connect a Quest 2 to a new M2 MacBook Pro. When I connect the cable I get a dialogue box asking if I would like to connect quest 2, and likewise the quest offers me an option to connect in the headset display, but after I click yes to both of these, nothing happens.
What I would ideally like to be able to do is to send something straight from Unity to the headset.
Please can you let me know if there are any workarounds for this? I read older forum posts that suggest bootcamp which I don't believe is an option from the latest MacBooks. Is there any workaround solution? If not are there any solutions in the pipeline?

I'm also having this issue with trying to connect Quest 2 to my Mac. I was able to connect and transfer files using my Intel Mac. But then it would stop working for no apparent reason and then start working after many tries, I was able to connect on my new M2 for a while with the same working/not working issues. Nothing changed, same cable, same software. I used Android File Transfer for a while. Then used OpenMTP. Same issues. Now it completely stopped connecting. The Quest asks to connect and I approve. Then AFT says it can't connect. Same with OpenMTP. I've researched and tried all the different solutions I could find including different cables. Yet no luck and it won't connect with the same cables and software that worked previously. There is no support for Android File Transfer. No reasonable explanation for why it is no longer working. Please get this fixed.
I have the same probleme with a MacBook Pro M2 Sonume 14.4.1 and a headset Quest Pro. It's really not normal with the price on this sort of devices!!!
