How Do I Redeem My $50 in the Game Store?

My son purchased a Quest 2 for me for Christmas direct from Oculus. There is supposed to be a $50 game credit included with the purchase, but I see no credit in the store. How do I redeem it? Thanks!

You need to activate a referral code on your Facebook account before activating your oculus. If you use mine, we both get $60 in store credit!

1. Navigate to https://store.meta.com/redeem-code from your browser.
2. Sign in with your Meta account or create one if you don’t have one.
3. Enter your Gift code.
4. Click Redeem to add the Meta Quest Gift Card to your account

• On the Meta Quest Mobile App:

1. Open the Meta Quest mobile app.
2. Tap Menu
3. Tap Wallet
4. Tap to open Add to Wallet.
5. Tap Gift card.
6. Enter your code under Gift card code or tap Scan QR Code to scan your gift card’s QR code with your camera.

Thank you for your quick response.  We have tried that a few times. Our code is only 16 letters/digits not 25. That is the problem we are having, I thought maybe we were putting it the right spot but our code just is not working.
