How I get back my suspended Facebook and Instagram account

Hello everyone,

A few months ago, both my Facebook and Instagram accounts were permanently disabled. It was a challenging time for me as an agency owner and digital marketer, especially since I’ve spent over $5,000 running advertisements for my agency and clients. Here’s how I successfully restored my accounts:

 

### **The Initial Disable and Appeal Process**

When my accounts were disabled, I received an option to appeal within 118 days. It was critical to act quickly, as failing to appeal in time would result in a permanent ban. I submitted my appeal promptly, but unfortunately, the result was not in my favor. Meta reviewed my case and confirmed that my accounts were permanently disabled.

 

### **Reaching Out to the Meta Pro Team**

Determined to resolve the issue, I tried contacting Meta’s Pro Team through my Business Manager and business assets. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any success at this stage.

 

### **Engaging Meta Support as a Business Partner**

Since I had spent a significant amount on advertising and met the criteria for a Meta Business Partner, I decided to leverage my business asset. Using this asset, I contacted Meta Support representatives—over 40 in a single day. Persistence was key during this process.

 

### **Finding a Helpful Representative**

Among the many representatives I spoke to, one was particularly understanding and willing to help. I explained my situation in detail and requested them to escalate the issue to their internal team. This representative submitted my case for a manual review.

 

### **The Final Outcome**

Within 24 hours of the escalation, I received an email from Meta (attached below) confirming that my accounts had been restored. This was a huge relief and a testament to the importance of persistence and finding the right support.

And, of course, NEVER pay anyone who promises to help you using their own accounts or contacts at Meta!

You are right but my account is disable and I can't do anything with my account then how can i contact with support team?

Did you get back your account? If then how you get back?

We're all in the same boat. It's ridiculous
