I sent my complete faulty Quest 3 system in with an official shipping label on the 20th of August 2024, DHL Tracking info states it arrived on the 22nd of August, and it's still not been booked in. Originally, I was told the turnaround is usually 5 working days. then 10 it's been 3 weeks now and still not booked in despite several emails and conversations on the chat... Has anybody else had a problem or can help. It's getting to the point when I don't know whether to call the police as it seemed to have gone missing or stolen in the Quest Warehouse. It's 512 version surely the warehouse can't be this busy... Help I really need my system working and returned. I don't seem to be getting anywhere or any positive help or advise
