How can I change the adult account of a parent-managed account?

I seem to have messed up when setting up the headset profile when we bought it. I attempted to set it up about a year ago and not sure what I did but it was wrong. I put it under my email and name but set up the account for my son with a username for him and all his progress over the last year is saved on it (14yo). Now I was trying to add a child account so my 10yo can play, set him up with a child supervised account, but it's under the 14yo account. I changed the 14yo to his email so that I could set up an adult account under my email. But now I can't change the 10yo child supervised account to be under my account. ALSO I want to be able to change the 14yo to a supervised teen account but I don't want him to lose his username and all the saved game progress/whatnot that is under his current account. I can't find any help on here as to how to speak to an actual person so I'm posting here. Ugh. So basically: can I change a supervised child account over to a different adult account to manage it and can I change a currently set up adult account to a teen supervised account without losing all saves/progress/account info.
