I bought a used Oculus Quest 2 (now resold) which seems to be locked to a business or enterprise account. After a factory reset, the new owner is being asked to log in via an organization – likely due to an MDM or enterprise lock. I never had this issue myself because I never had to fully set up the headset from scratch.
Now I want to contact Meta Support to help resolve the situation – but:
The support portal only allows you to submit a ticket or if a device is linked to your account.
Since the device is locked, I can’t link it – so I’m stuck.
