Hello everyone The eye lenses on my medical quest 3 are extremely foggy due to what looks like thousands of micro scratches from using a microfiber cloth. I can still see but it is extremely, foggy due to the scratches and very distracting how do I fix these scratches? I have no money currently and only have Windex and water as far as glass chemicals That's all I have.
There is no reliable realistic way to remove scratches from Q3 lenses. I've heard of one person being successful with Polywatch but I've also heard of a number of people who used the same stuff and irreperably damaged their lenses.
this is insain, theres got to be a way to fix them, to make such an expensive product with such an insainly serious flw im suprised meta hasnt been sued into the earth for forcing people to spend a whole other 500 or so to replace some scatches, talk about greed and coruption omg
No glass is scratch proof, I use only the finest microfiber cloths specifically designed for ultra sensitive optical lensing, these are the result of just that, I need a professional solution. I cannot afford to spend $500 every few months on new headsets and even though I won't the last one, I really don't want to resort to another lawsuit over a product with faulty components and no service to repair them.
