How can i transfer files to the meta quest3 from pc?

Hello

I want to transfer my MP$ files to the internal memory of my quest 3. I have an windows 10 pc and an good link cable. Normally i use filetransfer tools like teracopy etc. With this tools i can stack up multiple files after each other.

The problem is that when using this tool the quest is not seen in explore as a disk. There for its not working. I can transfer lager files +15GB with the standard file transfer of windows (copy/paste) but i cant stack files or easy stop the transfer.

Can i use file copy tools with the quest and do you have any suggestions what is should use?

Hey hey @JOE.DANCEN! Hoping you’re having a wonderful day! Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this issue. We want to ensure that you have the best Meta experience possible, so we want to get this fixed for you ASAP! In order for us to diagnose this issue, please give these following steps a try. Additionally, please make sure to not skip any steps and to follow it in order to avoid any new issues. Here are those steps:
 

  1. Disconnect the Rift/Link cable from the computer
  2. Disconnect your computer from the internet
  3. Backup any necessary content. You can find steps on how to do so by clicking here.
  4. Reboot into Safe Mode. You can find steps on how to do so by clicking here.
  5. Uninstall the Oculus PC app using the Control Panel. You can find steps on how to do so by clicking here.
  6. Delete all Oculus folders from the following folder:C:\Program Files
  7. Remove any Oculus folders from the following locations:
    - C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData
    - C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Local
    - C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\LocalLow
    - C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Roaming
    - C:\OculusSetup-DownloadCache
  8. Restart your computer in normal mode
  9. Reconnect your computer to the internet
  10. Install the Oculus PC app again using the setup tool from our website here
  11. Reconnect the Rift/Link cable and re-test the headset

I am having the same issue.  I cannot see my headset files on my PC.  I followed all of your steps and I still cannot see any drive relating to the headset,  I captured some footage and want to retrieve it in it's original quality rather than upload to Whatsapp where the quality is very diminished,
