I changed my primary email on my Facebook account, but in the Oculus-app my old email still shows. Why won't it change in the Oculus app? This prevents me from buying games. (I of course deleted my email from the Facebook account.)

Hey @Avdelingvoksen, If you no longer have access to the old email account please open a support ticket with us here. Otherwise, if you have access to the old email account, please go to the Oculus.com website and log into your account and you should be able to chance the email address from the profile page. Thanks!

I have tried to access this link and am unable to open a support ticket. I no longer have access to my email address and am unable to reset my pin to purchase apps

I no longer have access to my old email address. I have updated Facebook but need help updating the Oculus so that I can change my pin to make purchases! Please help!!!
