Today I went searching online to try and change myOculus Email Address after trying on the Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Mobile Application, Quest Desktop Application and finally the web application.
After finding these forums I thought my problem was solved, but they where not. All of these solutions where from 2019 to 2022.
These forums where abandoned after someone gave a solutions years ago, and I am extremely dissatisfied that with them being like this, it condemns people like me who are 2-3 years in the future looking at these solutions to fail, like I have.
The most common example I have seen, is that people send links to the page on the website to change there language, not there email address. Or going into the app, witch just gives you the option to completely remove the email address from your account?
Those are just a few of the most common examples of useless information for customers in 2024.
Now let me get down to the question, how do I change my Oculus Email Address. I currently have a phone number attached to the account along with the email I want to change. I am given the option to remove the email, but it does not tell me anything.

To be clear, if your old email is still active, it is a simple procedure as you put in the new email address and delete the other but to do that, Meta sends a 6 digit code to your old address to confirm the action.
But in my case and I need help with this, the old email is no longer active. Meta sends the 6 digit code to the none active email. I cannot access the code. Without that code, I cannot change the email.

Without able to log in, you don't have access to the account center to change the email.
You should talk to @MetaQuestSupport maybe/hopefully they are able to help you with that.
Click on their name to visit their profile page, then click the blue "send a message" button to privately message them.
