The screen is gigantic and it's right in my face. It's quite literally a 180 degree wrap around and is ridiculous. How do I make it smaller? I'm talking about the desktop view when I'm connected to my PC.
Also, how do I move the menu bar thing at the bottom? It's right where I would rest my hands and I keep hitting random buttons. Nothing I try is letting me move any of the screens or interfaces, I feel like the software isn't working as intended or this is really badly designed.
Another issue. How do I turn off this constant humming noise? It's constant and annoying, I can't truly believe anyone sat on this with this noise for hours testing this headset and said "Yeah, nothing wrong with that."

@Curse.Hawking To change meta-link pc app desktop screen size just point/trigger the screen and use your thumbstick to move the screen in/out until it's sized to your liking.
As far as background sounds go; in meta-link app just lower your headset volume. Also, check your win10/11 sound settings for your oculus headset and disable the enhanced sound option. Also may help to update your gpu drivers, including HD audio drivers. In the Quest home, try using an environment like Bubbles that doesn't have any background sounds.
Hope this helps mate and cheers.

I've obviously tried pointing and clicking to move everything. Why do you think I'm here asking these questions? What you're telling me to do simply doesn't work.
All of my drivers are up to date. All of the really stupid basic stuff has already been done. So if you're saying I should be able to just grab these windows and move them, then either my particular hardware doesn't work for PC link, but works in all other software, or you're wrong.

@Curse.Hawking Sorry but all that works fine for me. You can move the dashboard bar by grabbing it with your controller and moving it up/down. You can also press/hold the right controller meta button to recenter yourself. If you shift your position around a bit this can also help.
If you can’t do all this maybe try downloading the meta link pc software from the meta support website and run a Repair.
Otherwise contact meta support including your log file and see if they can help. This is only a user forum so I’m sorry I can’t be of anymore help and I’ll sign off this thread now.

Hey , I think I have the answer to your problem if you still need it . I was having the same issue the screen was right in my face . Which is how I found this question .
You need to hold the lower trigger while pointed at the screen and you get a little menu pop up which you can see on the controller , you can then move the screen around and zoom in and out using the stick , and you can do it on either controller
Hope that helps
