I do not want to use a mobile app for my headset. I am a Flight Sim guy that only wants my headset for that alone. I don't want to purchase games, I don't want chat, or anything else it offers. I only want the Quest 3 to show the sim software, PERIOD. How do I close out the Horizon App setup screen so that I can try to get to a point where I can do something constructive?

Hey there @Chewmann,
Welcome to the Meta Community Forums!
Just to clarify, are you currently setting up your Meta Quest 3 device for the first time? If so, you need to pair the headset with the Meta Horizon App to utilize your headset. I know you do not wish to use the Horizon app, you only wish to use the device for your sims however, the good new is that once you have paired the device to the app during set-up, it is unlikely you will have to utilize it again unless you run into any problems with the device down the line.
I hope this is of some use to you but if I have misunderstood your query, or if you run into any further issues, do not hesitate to reach out to the wonderful support team here.
Have a great day!
