How do I get Batman for free?

I just got new Quest 3 glasses.   They were supposed to come with Batman.  It says $49.99 for Batman though when I activate headset.  How do I get my free copy?  Also, how do you get in touch with customer service?  super frustrating that there is no way to contact a person!

Quests that are purchased now aren't supposed to come with free Batman.

The promo of getting Batman free when buying a new Quest ended on May, 7th.

If you bought the Quest before that date, try to redeem the game by following the instructions in the link, if you

bought it after that date, you must buy the game.

I just saw.... it depends on where you life.

The offer of free Batman has been extended to December, 31th 2026..... at least in US and Canada, not in my country.

So, just follow the instructions in the link.

If this not work, send a PM @MetaQuestSupport  they can help you.
