I need a new controller set for quest 2 bc they both broke how do I submit a form for it my warranty is active just need a controller

Looks like you have to enter each controller individually.
I think because each one has its own serial number.
But I don't know that for sure...I've never needed a replacement.

@TheSilentdeath have the controllers stopped working, or have stick drift, or did you punch a wall with them?
