How do I get a replacement controller

My controllers have recently developed a stick drift and I'm wondering how I can request a replacement?. The headset is under warranty

@xtgsoldierx Stick drift is very, very frustrating so I'd be glad to provide some insight.

As for any troubleshooting to test out, there is the following:

  • Remove the battery for roughly 10 minutes then replace with new or known working ones.
  • Try unpairing and repairing the controllers
  • Adjust the joystick deadzone and range:
    • Go to Settings.
    • Go to Controller Settings.
    • Under Joystick Deadzone and Range, select the joystick which is having issue.
    • Follow on-screen instructions to recalibrate the joysticks deadzones.

If none of that seems to help, the Support team would be more than happy to look into those warranty options available.

If controller drift isn't on there, just click the next best thing and put some more info in that box. Might just have to bear with them since they might ask a good couple clarifying questions. Don't be afraid to list out everything you tried to them to speed up the process of review.
