How do I get a replacement controller?

No clue if my warranty is still active. Both controllers have drift, especially in the menus, and often when I try to select a game or any sort of option it just doesn't respond.

Hey there @tiredd! We know how much drift can impact your gameplay experience, we want you to be able to enjoy VR to the fullest! Let's see what we can do to get you back on track. To start, we have a few troubleshooting tips:

  • Unpair and re-pair your controllers
  • Clean your controller, as drift can often be caused by dirt or debris getting lodged in the joystick housing
  • Remove the batteries for at least 10 minutes before replacing with a fresh battery
  • Reboot the headset
  • Ensure you have cloud backup enabled so you don't lose any data, and perform a factory reset
  • Increase the dead zones on your controller following these steps below:
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Go to Hands and Controllers Settings
    3. Select Controllers in the left menu
    4. Next to Thumbstick range and dead zone, select the joystick which is having issue
    5. Follow on-screen instructions to recalibrate the joysticks dead zones
