My daughter's account was suspended on her headset. When she tries to log on it directs her to "contact support due to the account being suspended". After spending a full hour I can't find any resource to actually "contact support" and am beyond frustrated with the automated "help".
I'm guessing this is due to her missing/ignoring all of the emails asking her to verify her age, but honestly need a human to help debug this issue.
I don't know if this is the place to get a support ticket started, but if it isn't then any pointers to where a human resides would be beneficial.

The closest thing I've found to a solution is to post a message on this private forum.

This got a quick response from one team that quickly sent me to another team that quickly sent me to "the support engineers". It is has been a couple of days with no response from the support engineers so I don't know if this is where tickets go to die, but it is a start.
I'll try to remember to update this if/when I get a resolution.

I asked the same question here last week and have had zero response. Trying to find the 'contact support' is impossible. It just takes you round and round in circles!

Have you tried shaking the phone that has the app installed and try contacting meta direct supper there?
They have been fairly responsive and knowledgeable for myself and subscribers.

This is on a quest (VR headset). There is no link provided to contacting said support (literally just the text that I should contact them).

Yes, I am aware.
But Quest headsets need to be linked to a mobile app called Meta Horizon.
Its through there you can get fast tracked to a competent Meta support that should be able to assist.
Just open the app and give your phone a shake.

Unfortunately the app no longer gives you this ability. I get the exact same error message (with a generic "contact support" as the only option).
