How do I match my floor height with my boundary height?

I've restarted my headset and reset boundary and the boundary floor is correct but the floor in my home is elevated by a couple inches messing with the games I play

Hey there, @pro1010c! We appreciate you reaching out to us about the issues you're facing with your boundary. We'd love to lend you a hand, but first, we kindly ask that you lend us one by answering the following:

  • Is the issue with your home floor being elevated and your headset failing to identify it, leading to the need to reset your boundary?
  • Is the issue that the boundary itself is elevated inside your headset?
  • Have you ever been able to successfully play in VR without the elevation interfering with your experience?
  • Are you being notified of any error messages, and if so, what are they?
  • For our clarification, are you referring to the floor of your house or the home environment inside your headset?

We'd also appreciate it if you manually adjusted your boundary using your controller when you set up your boundary, and let us know if it helps!

We're looking forward to hearing back from you!
