I don't like the idea of more data mining from my VR use at all.
Also not a fan of these prompts to sign back into an account on another device.
This is a major downgrade of the user experience.
Speaking of which, my Quest 2 stopped connecting at USB 3.0 speeds not long after purchase, and despite contacting support I was not given return authorisation. My Quest 3 has no such issue, ruling out both software or hardware issues somehow relating to all 3 of the PCs I tried connecting my Quest 2 to. I see that thread was locked.
Has anyone else that had this issue tried swapping the USB connector and did it resolve the issue? The ports and ribbon cable are available from Ali Express for about $55 AUD new with the bracket. Is there a better source of parts when Meta doesn't repair their devices?

I also wonder if anyone has had the issue with the Quest 3 only connecting at USB 2.0 speeds?
Thankfully mines been fine so far, but my Quest 2 experience hasn't left me confident.
