I'm having the same issue. While the in-game link continues to suggest that I update my payment method, or download the DLC via the site or store, I cannot find it to purchase using the App on my phone or the site on my PC. There is no problem with my payment method since I have made other purchases via the site online without any issues. Have you found an answer to this conundrum yet ?. I'd like to know.

this doesn't give an option to buy, just info on the DLC then open the game. Steam sells the game and DLC, if anyone hasn't bought the game yet best buy through steam
If you've only tried on one device, like the headset, it might show up as available for purchase through the mobile app or if you go to the store via desktop. It should show up with the current price of $7.99 USD. If you're having trouble viewing the DLC on any devices, I recommend sending a private message to support so they can look into this further.
