PLEASE HELP ALMOST DONE. My Meta Quest Guide do not donwload and saying that my headset is offline. But I did connected to Wi-Fi (and changed to hotspot several times) and everything in browser loading, except guide and every app from store (app library do not loading too). Can you help me figure that out please? Thank you!

Hi @emlabshv! We definitely don't want you to miss out on the VR gaming experience. Sometimes users may have logged into the wrong account when purchasing apps and have mistakenly made a new account, only to realize to have no access to the app library. We'd recommend you to check whether the account you've made the (apps) purchase from and the one you're trying to gain access to the app library are the same. We'd also recommend you to consider the below best practices for optimal performance of the Wi-Fi signals:
