Seems like their support is getting worse. They won't even provide me with an RMA to get my faulty Quest Pro heaset and faluty left Controller fixed. Pretty terrible customer service...

Hey @J7654! This definitely isn't what we're wanting for our users to experience, so I hate to see that you've a less than ideal run with support.
If you still need some assistance looking into your ticket, I'd recommend reaching out to @MetaQuestSupport through PM. This way they'll be able to check out the interaction and see if things are going over smoothly.

Over one month later and I still dont have a refund for both my my returns. I talked to MetaQuestSupport who said he "escalated" things and nothing additional has even gotten done for weeks.
I even have active investigations open with the courier which Meta is hindering by not contacting them or providing the requested information. FURTHERMORE, one of your trash employees cancelled the labels partway and reissued them with another courier while my return was in progress. So Meta has completely screwed me over intentionally and has stolen my money.

Good luck with making a complaint I’ve given up and returned my quest 3. Meta support are a joke!

Hi All
I ordered a Meta Quest 3 on the 24th July which arrived at it's destination on the 26th unfortunately not the right address it was refused by the house owner. Yodel immediately initiated a return to Meta. I contacted support and was sent an email to say that my refund would take 5-7 days to return. The next day another email to say that it would be up to 9 days then another email to say 9 days only when the package had been received back at the warehouse. Also on one of the emails it clearly states that the package had already been returned. It seems that Meta Policies are fluid and change to suit the company and if you challenge them they cut the conversation it's like talking to a 5 year old kindergarten class.
They don't seem to understand that i never received or signed for a parcel and that the dispute is between them and the courier but they are holding me responsible by holding on to my money. I have spent hundreds of pounds at the store over the years including 3 headsets (including the the one i never got). I have no faith or trust in Meta anymore it was a better company under Oculus.
I think it's safe to say that the Meta Support team only supports itself against the customer you know Close ranks and bury head in sand.
