I'm assuming you want to know how it works when each of you has a own headset? It's a bit tricky.
Only the admin of a headset can share games.
That means, YOU have to be admin of your kids headsets and add their accounts in order to make app sharing work. This way your kids can play your games. The same vice versa: If your kids want share games with you, THEY(one of them) has to be admin on YOUR headset. If you are the admin on several headsets(those of your kids), you can only share games on one headset at time.......you can switch the headset where you enabled app sharing though.
