Sent my CV1 back a week ago and kept an eye on the tracking. it got back to them in 2 days. how long does it usually take to get a new one once they receive the faulty unit?
@mr2daj As far as I see, there is nothing wrong with your ticket. You'll probably need to wait about a few days to a week for the returned unit to be inspected and the replacement issued. Thanks.
