How long is this gonna take?

Good Afternoon,

I recently purchased a quest pro on walmart.com apparently from a third party seller which I didn't realize at the time. Anyways, I get the headset and it has multiple issues so I processed a return and sent it back.  I'm thinking I've done returns a hundred times this isn't a big deal well the seller gets it and is now trying to pull some kind of scam. First they tell me I didn't send back the right serial number which was complete and total bs well THEN they report the headset that I sent back as stolen and somehow even though I had factory reset it, it was still associated with my account so I got an email saying my account has been suspended.  Yesterday I contacted support via WhatsApp and the guy asked me for a proof of purchase which I provided and said I'd have an answer in 24 hours well that's almost up so I chatted with them again, now they are telling me it could even take up to 3 to 5 days.  Like what do I have to do to get someone to actually process this and deal with this scammers bs.  I've chatted with Whatsapp support multiple times and still keep getting the same thing.  If someone from meta can look at it, the account in question obviously isn't the one I'm posting on.

In case anyone else finds this, it took Meta 9 days from when I sent proof or purchase to them unlocking my accout.
