Hello,
anyone know if this “you have reached your limit of replies for now” reset is hours? days? Or weeks? We are working on fixing my grandson VR account and I cant reply. My grandson received and email yesterday morning stating the restrictions had been removed and he could use his account! All excited right! One minute late he receives an email stating his account was suspended because of a potential age issue (same as before) and he need to provide proof of age (same as before) before June 14th or his account will be permanently disabled. He is crushed and disappointed. Are we in some kind of loop with the age issue? If I can know how often I reply it would surely help.

Hey there, @Coolwateree! We understand that you're having some difficulties sending us a PM regarding your account being marked for suspension. We know how excited your grandson must be and how this may dampen his VR experience, so we'd love to help, as we don't want you all to miss out any longer! We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before trying to send us a PM again. As for the email regarding the account suspension, there should have been a link attached to submit an appeal. We suggest proceeding with the steps to appeal this by sending in a form of identification. If you have any questions, here is a list of acceptable IDs.
