Hi,
I have a quest pro and quest 2, I am able to download and explore my quest pro gallery but somehow the quest 2 isn't working. I am the 2nd account holder for the quest 2 but an admin account for the quest pro.
Gallery downloads from quest 2 gallery using the mobile app was working before I factory reset the quest pro and made myself the 1st user for that device and downloaded some stuff onto my mobile from the quest pro.
Wonder if it has anything to do with the account status on device, like being the admin allows you to sync your gallery with the mobile app or what? what am I missing I wonder?
Hey there, @ctrlv! We definitely want for you to be able to enjoy your headsets in whatever way is most comfortable for you! That being said, it is currently not possible to pair a secondary account on a headset with the mobile app, only the admin account can do so. If you would like to see those rules changed, the best avenue for that feedback would be on our ideas forum.
