It's all relative, assuming these benchmarks are accurate, Quest looks to be almost twice as powerful as the Go but not in the same ballpark as the Rift.
For me this highlights why I think it's important not to focus too much on having Rift games running on the Quest. To do that could result in less than great experiences in the Quest and compromised Rift game development.
Much better in my opinion if devs concentrate on the Quests strengths which basically mean freedom of movement... no longer having to have the forward position your focus... or not having to implement clumsy movement controls to accommodate restrictions in the ability to turn caused by having a chord.
I'm looking forward to new levels of playability and ideas for Quest games but much less graphically demanding for sure.

Yep I agree, the Rift has plenty of room for improved games development.
I'm looking forward to Quest but I don't want that to compromise Rift hardware and software development work at all. I wonder if it may be an unavoidable consequence though. Hope not.
