My email provider is closing all their email services. So I had to sign up with a new provider. I see options for changing password and pin, but none for changing email address for our Oculus accounts. Is there any way to change our email addresses for Oculus accounts?
It sends the email to the old account that they can't access. So they don't get the confirmation email bc they don't have access to that previous email amymore.

I had the same problem, contact oculus support. You have to provide some info on your account for them to verify its actually yours.
- Account balance
- Recently bought/played game/s
- Paypal/credit card linked email of your account (if any)
I also provided the serial numbers of my VR hardware to be sure.
Didnt even take them 24h to solve the problem and sending a email change confirmation to my new email.
I have just done the same, as I found no other way.
I received a confirmation email right away, with a ticket number.
So, support can reach my old email address, but none of the verification emails come through, which is the problem I have trying to change to my new email address.
You could try the email address that my support confirmation came from - it must accept incoming emails, because it said: "If you have additional questions or comments, please reply to this email."
Please allow us to assist you with this, To change an email you're able to do this on Oculus.com . After signing into your profile, click on my profile. Then, " edit " on the email tab. Once entering your new email, you'll be sent an email to confirm the email change. When you click the confirmation link, the account's email will be changed to the new email address.

I contacted support about this and they were able to reset my email to the new one. Got it done the same night I messaged support. Just wanted to reach back and give the update, just contact support.
