Facebook has go to be one of the absolute worst platforms to exist today--there is literally no way to reach them for account issues. I cannot access my Facebook account at all. I created it a decade ago and only to get in-game rewards (I've never posted on Facebook or even used it AT ALL). I know my Facebook email and password and I setup 2FA on my old phone and wasn't thinking about Facebook when I upgraded phones.
Now whenever I try to login to Facebook, the app tells me to type a code sent to my Authenticator app but the code is being sent to the Authenticator app I setup on my old phone. My new Authenticator app does not receive any code! For some stupid reason, Facebook is now asking me for my ID since I cannot access my Authenticator app. My ID is different than my Facebook name (I made the account exclusively for in-game rewards and did not want to use my real info) and each time I submit a form of ID, Facebook emails me rejecting it. Absolutely bonkers app. To make everything worse, Facebook makes it impossible to contact them. There is 0 way to reach them.
