I want to create a test user to test DLC purchases. When I follow the instructions in the documentation, I’m prompted to log in to Instagram, which isn’t mentioned in the steps. Am I doing something wrong, is the documentation outdated, or has the Account Center’s functionality changed? Does anyone have any information on this?
