How to Report a Bug

As with any software, sometimes you will come across unintended bugs or glitches. When you come across an issue with a Quest product, you may want to report it directly to our Engineering team. You can do so directly from the desktop or mobile app.

By submitting these reports along with your system info, it provides our Engineering team with crucial information to move quickly with the investigation process on the bug you are reporting. 


By reporting this way, it ensures your feedback is brought to our attention and removes the risk of reports getting lost here on the forums.


There are two ways to report:


  1. You can go to 'Help Center' and select 'Provide Feedback' within the Oculus desktop software.

You can report bugs directly from the mobile app and within the headset of Quest devices by following the steps outlined here.




PLEASE NOTE: This feedback is one way only, meaning you will not receive a response should you choose to submit your feedback in the methods outlined above.

Hey @dp3301, I tried the bug reporter too, and it does look like the link isn't working correctly. Let's see if I can get you to report a bug from the headset or from your application. What you can do is try this link here. It will lead you to some instructions on how to report a bug on Meta's main website.

Speaking of bugs, I'd like to report a major flaw with Quest 3. It does not have 120hz support for PCVR Air Link / Link, which is a huge disappointment for me. I sold my Quest 2, expecting that the new version would be better. Now I miss my Quest 2 and I despise my headset with anger and regret. It has been three months since the launch and there is still no 120hz feature that should have been there from the start. I feel conned and abandoned by Meta and their false advertising.

I am asking for help in logging in to my account. Today, when I tried to open the Facebook application on the tablet, something froze and told me to reset my password. After logging in again, Facebook wants me to set up 2-factor authentication, but it does not allow me to do it and sends me a message that I cannot set up authentication now. I tried everything. I logged in from various devices and browsers. I was cleaning cookies. I tried to set authentication on this account via the connected Instagram. I tried resetting the password 4 times. I tried using meth. I tried the link: and each time it tells me to reset my password and log in, and after logging in it gives me a message to set authentication and when I want to set it, it says that I can't set it now and then I don't have access to the account, so I also lost access to the advertising accounts where I have my ads and leads.  Please help me log in to my account, which is important for my work as a digital creator.

The link worked for me, but I still don't get how to report some bugs I've noticed. Besides, I'm not even sure if they were discussed here.
