"If you plan to import products into China, you must ensure that they comply with the CCC requirements. All imported goods must bear the CCC mark, which indicates that the product has been certified by a designated certification body in China. Failure to comply with the CCC requirements can result in fines, seizure of goods, and even criminal charges."
Especially for commercial use, I'd say it's risky. It's probably safer to go with a Pico headset, same processing power, similar features and designed for the Chinese market.

There is no official way. Meta doesn't sell to China (plus as you say, connecting to Meta is an issue since China has blocked Meta's servers).
Places like Amazon do tend to sell them to China unofficially (by redirecting Japanese stock), but this is "grey importing" and you'll get no support from Meta.
As kojack has suggested, we don't currently sell or support the Meta Quest in China, but we are always looking to expand the regions for which we provide support.
Purchasing a device from outside of a supported region would impact your ability to receive support if you need it, and would affect your ability to claim warranty, for example. It may also affect your ability to play certain games, or connect to online servers.

Yes, it is legal to purchase an imported device, we just would not be able to provide any warranty support or replacements if there was an issue with the device.
