How to configure the screen to follow

Hello, I just bought the MetaQuest 3. When I first started it, the screen followed my gaze. When I turned my head to the left, the screen would follow to the left. Now, it’s fixed. I have to press the Meta button to recenter it in front of me. I’d like to reset it to how it was before, with the screen following my movements. But I have no idea how to do it, and I can't find any solution. Can you help me? (By the way, I’m French). Have a nice day, goodbye.

@jeremie49000  I have owed almost every Quest headset Q1/2/3/Pro and I've never seen an option for the Quest home screens to follow your head movement.  To recenter the screen I either need to press the view reset on the quick menu or, like you say, press/hold the right controller meta button.

I do seem to recall that my old, now retired Oculus Go used to do this but that was because it only had 3 degrees of freedom.
