How to contact support team?- email regarding age verification

Hi - my sons account has been locked due to failed age verification (he sent a passport photo via a link in the original request but never received a response) - how do I contact support?
Everything just directs us back to login and the message below? Several purchases have been made on his account and they are now inaccessible.

Hi, I am available to chat if you can direct me where to go?

 

Please contact me.  I have tried to find a way to email support and there is no way. My sons account has not been locked however we assigned him the email ans had to create the parent account however now we are not able to get logged in!

I've tried to responde and it's limited my response

Hi, @ChelseaW13 I hope you have found a resolution to your problem. I can confirm that once I contacted support via https://www.meta.com/help/support/. the meta team were able to sort out my son's account.
