A few months back, when I still lived in Australia, I attempted to purchase a Quest 3. Long story short, the store would not take my money, and support were unable to help.
Then I moved to France.
Upon arrival, I found a Quest 3 in a local bricks and mortar store and purchase it.
A little later, support cam back with an email saying sorry about the problem with the store and awarded me AU$50 Quest cash as a sorry. Great. Except now, I am in france, I can see the AU$50 in my account, but when I go to purchase anything, the store wants Euros.
How can I convert those AU$ to Euros?
