My mom was the device owner of my headset but she passed away and was logged out of some stuff one of them being the quest app so I can longer pair my new controllers I bought. How do I delete her account

@SadonVr Sorry for your loss.
Delete the app from the phone and reinstall it and create a new account for yourself. You will also have to factory reset the headset and then pair it to your new account. You will lose any games and data that was on the headset before the factory reset.
