This question has been posed several times over the years. The old accepted solution appears to be no longer be valid, and the most recent inquiry has gone ignored.
@MetaQuestSupportplease advise how to edit or delete an old VR Forums post. Thank you.

Hey, thanks for bringing this to our attention! If you want to edit your post, you can click the arrow pointing downwards on the top right of your post. It will bring down a menu and the first suggestion is to "Edit Message." Click that and you'll be able to edit any of your posts. Keep in mind, you will need to be logged into the account in which you made the post, but yeah! Hope this helps.

Thank you for the prompt response. I see the option to edit a recent post (as is the case with this one), but some old posts (those with a green 'lock' icon?) do not have "Edit Message" as one of the choices, so trying to figure out how to edit/delete those? Please advise.

I went ahead and moved it into the archived content because like you said, the information is a bit outdated. We can leave this one up since it has the necessary steps on how to edit a message. Thanks again for letting us know!
