How to end up "Reset Default view" process without camera (DK2 user)

Hi every one. I own DK2 which works fine up to firmware 0.8. Then when I install Oculus setup for 1.3 support, it doesn't use my camera. I tried to plug it on different USB ports, but it always display me warning about connectivity to USB2 port (even if it's on USB3) and applications doesn't use it. So I try to reinstall oculus setup, restart my computer but it didn't work. Then I start "Reset Default view" process where I set my height and then application displays me message that I should stand up and confirm correct position. When I did it, it told me that I am not in range of camera senzor and I should set it up right. But I can't do that because oculus SW 1.3 can't use my camera. And here I am stuck. When I close oculus application and start it again, it starts with "Reset Default view" screen. Always. Even after reinstalling or restart. I can't access oculus store or my applications anymore. Do somebody know how to resolve it? Maybe some registry change? BTW I have this motherboard:

https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z77V/

And I'm using Wndows 10 64 bit. Don't tell me that all USB 3.0 ports are not compatible with the rift. This are big failres. Processes that can't be stopped or this USB port support when SDK 0.8 have no problems with it. I don't understand that.

Thanks for answers. I hope I resolve this issue.

I had same issue, I had to uninstall then remove all oculus folders from the appdata folder, both the local and roaming folder.

Thanks. It helped me resolve "Reset Default view" problem. But I can't still set up camera. During inicialization process in screen with all devices detection, there is warning in my camera plug in that it is plugged into USB 2.0. I have it on USB 3.0 (Intel). And HDMI and Rift USB still have rolling indicators like it can't be recognized. So I pushed Skip button there (because Next button was disabled) and I got mesage that if I skip this step, positional tracking may not work. And it really doesn't. When I open Settings in oculus application, I see in Device tab, that the rift and camera are pluged in (camera with warning but connected). What should I do with this? Rift works fine. So I can run and play applications but without positional tracking.

Here are images from settings (Rift and Camera are plugged in USB 3.0 of the same type):
