How do we escalate a complaint after receiving inadequate responses from Meta customer support? I sent a complaint raising about 3 issues but their responses only address 1 and keep repeating themselves word for word, and not addressing my issues at all. Replies are so repetitive and identical, they appear to be bots. At best, they're people who don't speak english with some cut and paste scripts. I've tried about 5 times to escalate to a senior person but get the same bot-like, not- read-the-email replies. In the UK we'd normally refer to the consumer Ombudsman to step in, but as Meta is a US company what do we do?

For anyone interested I have so far been unable to establish how to escalate a complaint. Support staff just keep repeating their response to the complaint, not understanding that my question is "what to do next when you aren't satisfied with the response from support staff". I've requested a copy of their complaints policy so I can try and find out for myself but so far not received one. I'll try econsumer.gov as apparently the USA and UK are both members.
