This post is for the people who just bought their headset and couldn't pair it, no matter what they did. What you have to do now is use the Meta Developer Hub. Search on YouTube for "Meta Quest 3 Pair Fix Developer Hub" and you should get a tutorial. This works anywhere, anytime, on any headset. This is not a complicated solution.
For whatever reason, from what I heard, your computer has a more "complex" pairing system that Meta just doesn't want you to know about. (They could have at least mentioned it...)
I will not actually go through the steps because there is no point (It's so easy)
Once you have done it, the "pair x code" menu should have a Continue> button, even if you didn't use the code. --WARNING! You do need a laptop or PC to do it. You do not need a high-end computer because all you are doing is just connecting your Meta headset with your PC.
This worked for me and will work for anyone. If you don't have a laptop or computer, or your laptop does not have a USB-C port, use an adapter. It sucks how Meta refused to mention this easy fix THAT IS LITERALLY MADE BY THEM.
