How to get Customer Service help?

I was given the option to create an account on my son's oculus Quest that was not associate with Facebook. Finally! Very happy about that because the only reason I even had a FB account was to use this Oculus. I even used a fake email to create the FB account. Well now we can't use the Rec Room app because we don't remember the password and after clicking "forgot password" I never got an email to reset the password. Is this even how it's supposed to work, with an email to reset? Did it go to the fake email I created for the FB account? Why didn't it go to the new, legitimate email that I created today? Why is there no way to contact a real customer service person? Why does Oculus make this all SO HARD? To be honest, the stupid thing has never worked right. Always requiring restarting and resetting and I'm at my wits end with the lack of help META offers.
